Package comes with workbook to help with life goals. Service comes with Reiki, Meditation for 7 Chakras, tuning forks, affirmations, Smudging and tarot reading. Required session out in nature honoring towards Mother Gaia and Self. The program entails positive actions of acceptance honoring gratitude towards people and elements around us using meditation as our resource to start the healing process getting rid of unhealthy negative actions or habits forming new positive actions and habits. Helps to promote, love & acceptance towards self, working with childhood past & adult trauma, helps to start and promote healthy life habits for emotional, mental spiritual state to reach life goals.
