Helps to promote, love & acceptance towards self, working with childhood past & adult trauma, helps to start and promote healthy life habits for emotional, mental spiritual state to reach life goals. Reiki strengthens the connection between body and mind. It helps us return to a natural state of balance through a process of deep relaxation. It improves mental clarity, stability and vitality while creating a deep sense of connection, peace and harmony within ourselves and with the world around us.
