Classes start December 1, 2025 Private Session and Classes start December 1, 2025 For Private group classes please contact me for further details. $150 hour - per group size (5 people max) Express and channel your emotions or trauma through Expressive Dance removing unhealthy energy and emotions to promote better mental and physical state. We dive deep into focusing on that chakra blocked through dance and movement allowing the energy to flow and express that emotion out through dance. Promoting mental awareness and behavior improvement. Allowing to be balanced to control our thoughts and moods! Focusing on opening all 7 Chakras with dance Expressive dance is a form of artistic dance that focuses on the individual and artistic presentation of feelings. It is a process of conveying ideas, feelings, and meaning through the selective use of the communicative possibilities of dance and aims to activate conscious awareness, creative action and authentic connection through dancing.
